Mike’s story

In 1994 I excitedly started a company with expectations of greatness. I had a professional business plan and grand ideas. And, I was a hard worker.

But, within four years I had nearly lost it all. I was out of money and owed seven figures to dozens of creditors. I had even maxed out my credit cards, cashed in my retirement plans and had to sell my house. I was faced with law suits, foreclosure and mounting debt..

Three separate attorneys advised me to “shut it down and go get a real job at a local suitcase factory”.

I was driving a smoking Ford Taurus held together with duct tape and cardboard for a window. The owner of the parking lot where my office was located asked me to remove my car because it was an embarrassment.

That’s the day it all changed.

That’s the day I decided to fight with everything I had.

That’s the day I decided to work on my business rather than just work in my business!

That was the beginning of getting UN STUCK and ON TRACK.

By applying sound business strategies (and adding a few of my own) it all turned around for me. Within a few short years I was able to save the business and build it to nearly $30 million in annual sales and nearly $5 million in annual profits and making the Inc. 500 list!

I was approached by buyers and decided to sell the company and retire at the age of 47.

That was three years ago.

Now, I have decided to re-enter the business world in order to teach others how to do what I did. My passion is to help others get their businesses un stuck and on track to achieve more than they thought possible.
